Customers are responsible for reviewing the product description and confirming suitability for their vehicle before ordering.

Compatibility and available functions may vary depending on:

A statement that a product supports a particular brand does not guarantee that every function is available on every vehicle from that brand.

1. SAFE AND LAWFUL USE

Automotive diagnostic tools must be used carefully, lawfully, and according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

• Circumvent vehicle security or anti-theft systems

Diagnostic data and fault codes do not by themselves provide a complete diagnosis. Repairs and safety-related procedures should be performed or reviewed by a qualified automotive professional.

Always switch off the vehicle and disconnect equipment where required by the instructions. Incorrect connections, coding, programming, voltage, or procedures may damage a vehicle or diagnostic device.

1. SOFTWARE, UPDATES, AND SUBSCRIPTIONS

Some products may require registration, activation, an internet connection, software installation, firmware updates, an application, or a third-party account.

Certain functions, updates, vehicle coverage, or online services may be subject to a limited free period or an additional subscription fee. Any known requirement will be described on the relevant product page where applicable.

Software availability and compatibility may change due to updates made by manufacturers, operating-system providers, or third-party service providers.

You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, transfer, bypass, or misuse software, licenses, activation codes, or subscriptions except where permitted by applicable law.

All products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock errors, sanctions restrictions, or misuse.

Adding a product to a shopping cart does not reserve it. An order is accepted only after we send an order confirmation or otherwise confirm acceptance.

If an ordered product becomes unavailable, we will contact you and provide an appropriate remedy, such as cancellation, refund, replacement, or an alternative proposal.

1. PRICES, TAXES, AND CURRENCY

Prices displayed at checkout are shown in the applicable currency and include or exclude taxes as indicated.

The final price, applicable taxes, shipping charges, and any other charges will be displayed before you complete the purchase.

If an obvious pricing or technical error occurs, we may cancel the affected order and issue a full refund. We will not charge a corrected price without your agreement.

1. ORDER CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS

If you wish to cancel an order, contact us promptly at gggimangbg@gmail.com. We will try to cancel it before processing or shipment, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed after fulfilment has begun.

Consumers in Germany and other European Union countries generally have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal, subject to legal conditions and exceptions.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

Please provide your order number, a description of the problem, and reasonable supporting photographs or videos.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, available remedies may include repair, replacement, price reduction, contract termination, or refund.

Commercial warranties, if offered, are additional to your statutory consumer rights and do not replace them.

Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
